<문장들> 에서는 글자들과 문자들이 글자의 속성에 집중하기보다, 두 언어(한국어, 한국 수어)가 조합하는 움직임에 중심을 두며, 함께 쓰이는 방법들에 대한 탐구이다. 달리 말해 기존의 ‘타이포’가 가리키는 활자(type)의 자리에 수어(sign)를 함께 두고, 그려 나간다(graphy). 이 과정을 통해 새로운 질서와 두 문화권이 공존하는 가능성을 탐구한다.

In <Sentences> rather than focusing on the properties of letters and characters, this exploration centers on the movements that combine the two languages (Korean and Korean Sign Language) and how they are used together. In other words, it places sign language (sign) alongside the typeface (type) that traditional 'typography' refers to and illustrates (graphy) this combination. Through this process, it explores the possibility of a new order and the coexistence of both cultures.
